Our role
Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Private Jet to Mykonos. Throughout this policy, "we" refers to Charter Jet One in that role.
Details you give us
When you ask for a quote, the form collects your name, email address and telephone number, together with your journey: the type of trip, departure and arrival points, dates, number of guests and any requests you add. Our records also note the referring page, any campaign tags in the address you followed (such as utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign) and whether you agreed to receive offers.
We do not request card numbers, passport numbers or dates of birth through this website. Should a booking require travel documents, for instance for passport control in Greece, we ask for them separately and explain where they go.
How the details are used
- To prepare aircraft options and an all-in price for your journey.
- To arrange the flight and look after you before and after it, if you decide to book.
- With your agreement only, to email occasional island offers and empty-leg flights. You may stop these at any time.
Sharing
We pass on only what each party needs: the direct air carrier that would operate your flight, so it can confirm aircraft and price, and the providers that support our work, including email and hosting services and, after booking, ground handling and transfer providers. We never sell personal information or provide it to others for their own marketing.
Retention
We hold your details while we deal with your request and any resulting booking, and for as long as legal, tax and accounting obligations require. Once that period ends they are erased or anonymised.
Access, correction and deletion
You are entitled to a copy of the information we hold, to have it corrected and to ask for it to be deleted. Reply to any email you receive from us or send a note through the quote form; after confirming your identity we will act on the request.
Cookies
We set no cookies other than those essential to the operation of the site, and we use no analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. The site's fonts are provided by Google Fonts, which receives the ordinary technical request required to deliver them.
Security
Requests are transmitted over encrypted connections and accessible only to the staff who handle them. We take care to protect them, while recognising that no method is entirely without risk.
Children
Our services are offered to adults. We do not knowingly gather information from children under 13; travel for minors is requested by their parent, guardian or another responsible adult.
Revisions
Revised versions of this policy will appear on this page with an updated effective date, and important changes will be highlighted at the top.
