Terms of Use

The terms behind our service, set out plainly.

The website and its operator

This website is run by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker behind Private Jet to Mykonos. Private Jet to Mykonos is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft.

Information and estimates

The flight times, ranges, hourly figures and island information on this website are provided as estimates for planning. They do not constitute an offer, and the quotation for your journey may differ. Images illustrate destinations and the type of travel we arrange; they do not show a specific aircraft offered to you.

Quotations and the charter agreement

A quotation becomes binding only when a charter agreement is signed. Before you book, we identify the operating carrier that will have operational control of your flight and the aircraft type. All flights depend on confirmation by the operator and on availability, including island parking and permissions; if circumstances change before confirmation, we will inform you and propose alternatives where possible.

Taxes, fees and repositioning

Quotations are all-in. They include the taxes and charges known at the time of quoting, such as the 7.5% federal excise tax and segment fees on US domestic flights and airport and handling charges elsewhere, together with any repositioning the plan requires. Later changes to the itinerary, a different parking arrangement on the island, or conditions such as de-icing may alter the total, and any change is presented to you before you confirm it.

Changes and cancellation

Payment terms, changes, cancellation and refunds are set out in the charter agreement for your journey. We recommend reading it in full before signing.

Guests' obligations

Please provide accurate information, make sure every guest carries the passport, identity card or visa the journey requires, and follow the instructions of the crew. The operator may refuse carriage where safety or law requires.

Liability

This website is offered on an as-is basis. To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or reliance on its estimates. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. The flight is governed by the charter agreement and the operator's conditions of carriage.

External sites

Where we link to official sources such as the FAA or the UK Civil Aviation Authority, we do so for reference and are not responsible for their content.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, which apply to any question arising from them.

Amendments

We may amend these terms. The version published here, with its effective date, is the one in force.
